Recent Townhome Sales in the Marlton Subdivision - Upper Marlboro, MD

Located off Route 301 (Crain Highway) and Fairhaven Ave, the Marlton Subdivision has some of the oldest and most affordable Townhomes in Upper Marlboro.  The legal name of this subdivision is actually Brandywine Country or Brandywine Station Townhouses.  This side of Marlton should not to be confused with the newer, larger, single family homes near North Marlton Ave.
